How does the process work?
Step One: Contact Us
You can contact us by filling out the form on this website, here, by emailing us directly, or by calling or text us at (412) 426-5559. If you contact us via phone, please provide us with the address of the property you are interested in selling.
Step Two: Have A Conversation With us
Next, we will give you a call, or we will schedule a phone call at a time that is convenient for you. During the call, we will need to gather a few basic pieces of information from you, including the address of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any special circumstances that might impact you or the property, as well as your timeframe for closing. All of this information helps us evaluate the property and come up with a mutually beneficial solution to whatever situation you are dealing with at the property.
Step Three: Receive a Response from Us
We will then get back to you with a response, typically in less than 24 hours. During that 24 hour period, we will analyze the market in the area your property is located, pull some comparable sales data, and estimate rehab and repair costs. From there, we will make you an offer on the house.
Step Four: Review and Consider Our Offer
